Meet Roxanne Gooding, our Executive Director at Oakmont of Pacific Beach.
Roxanne Gooding comes to Oakmont of Pacific Beach with nearly two decades of experience in senior living. Originally from Australia, Roxanne studied nursing in Sydney and moved to the United States in the late 90s. Roxanne gained experience as a medication nurse and Regional Director of Operations before transitioning into an Executive Director role, which she has held for over a decade.
With her extensive experience, Roxanne could have selected any senior living organization to work for. When we asked her why she selected Oakmont of Pacific Beach, she said, “Oakmont has a stellar reputation and I’ve always been passionate about this work. Each day, I have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors and provide an exceptional retirement experience for them in a resort-style setting.”
